Oil Pipe And Pup Joint Production Line

Oil pipe and Pup Joint (Blast Joint) production line is a specialized for the manufacture of oil pipe、natural gas pipe and their connecting accessories, which needs to meet extreme working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. It is mainly includes the following process:

(1) Raw material processing: Transport metal raw materials to the processing area.

(2) Forming processing: The main body of oil pipes and short joints is processed through equipment such as  sawing machines and CNC lathes.

(3) Thread processing: using CNC thread lathe and equipment, supporting precise addition of various international standard threads such as API, 5CT, LTC, STC, etc.   

(4) Inspection and acceptance: With testing equipment such as flaw detectors and hardness testers to ensure that the finished products meet the specified standard requirements.  

(5) Package bundling: Protect the processed finished products with plastic sleeves and bundle them for delivery.

We can supply all kinds of API, 5CT, LTC, STC pipes and Joints with the oficial API Monogram on manufactured products under the conditions in the official publications of the American Petroleum Institute entitled APIIi Spec O1® and API-5CTand in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement.

in all cases where the Official APl Monogram is applied, the APl Monogram shall be used in conjunction with thiscertificate number: 5CT-0663

The American Petroleum Institute reserves the right to revoke this authorization to use the Official APl Monogramfor any reason satisfactory to the Board of Directors of the American Petroleum Institute.
