Hydraulic power press structure
Hydraulic presses are a replacement for mechanical presses that combine the advantages of punch presses and single-column hydraulic presses. It can be punched, cut, cut, pressed, stretched or formed. Really achieve a multi-purpose machine.
The hydraulic power press consists of a mechanical body, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system and an auxiliary part.
1)The main part is composed of a Machine body, a master cylinder, air cooling and a limit device.
2) The Machine body structure is made of Q235 high-quality steel plate welded structure. After welding, it is annealed to eliminate internal stress and is shot blasting. The slider and table pad have T-slots, and T-slot bolts can be used to install the mold (T-slot and center-to-center dimensions are subject to customer confirmation).
3) Slider
The slider is cast from high-quality castings and then subjected to stress relief treatment at 200°. The slider is placed in the middle of the Machine body, and the upper plane is connected to the master cylinder; the lower plane of the slider is machined with a T-shaped groove for fixing the mold; The block adopts a rectangular guide rail to ensure the precision of the slider guiding, good rigidity and good precision retention. The slider has good rigidity and can meet the requirements of the fixed range pressing.
4) Hydraulic cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder of the machine is a piston cylinder, the cylinder is connected with the sliding block, the cylinder is mounted on the frame, the cylinder is locked by the cylinder lock, and the surface of the piston rod is wear-resistant. The cylinders are sealed with imported seals and have a long service life. The sealing performance is reliable.
5) Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is a device that generates and distributes working fluid and allows the host to perform various actions. The fuel tank is a steel plate welded piece with a closed structure. The box is equipped with a filter, and the wall of the box is provided with a window for cleaning the oil tank; a liquid level gauge is provided, and the oil tank is equipped with an integrated body and an oil pump motor unit. The main hydraulic components used in the hydraulic system of the machine:
6) Oil pump unit
The system uses a 4-stage motor to drive a YCY14-1B axial piston pump through the coupling to supply pressurized oil to the hydraulic system.
The main oil pump adopts domestic constant power axial piston pump. The biggest feature of this pump is that as the system pressure increases, the flow rate decreases in proportion, keeps the power constant, and saves energy.
7) hydraulic integrated control valve
The hydraulic integrated control valve adopts the domestic two-way cartridge valve for centralized control, and has the functions of pressure regulation, reversing, pressure maintaining, unloading, support, fast and slow speed conversion, and overpressure protection. The lower cylinder control block of the master cylinder is provided with a secondary anti-skid block falling device and a safety valve. When the slider stops at any position, the device automatically closes to ensure the reliability and safety of the slider; when the lower cavity is due to the valve block When the card is dead and closed, the bypass safety valve acts as a draining oil in time to avoid a safety accident.
8) Filling valve
The filling valve is installed on the top of the main cylinder. When the slider is descending rapidly by its own weight, the oil coming from the pump cannot be supplied to the upper chamber of the main cylinder in time. At this time, the upper chamber of the main cylinder forms a negative pressure to open the main valve of the filling valve to make the liquid filling. The oil in the cylinder flows into the main chamber in a large amount, so as to achieve the speed requirement of the slider to descend rapidly. When the slider returns, the control oil first opens the pre-discharge small valve core, so that the upper chamber of the main cylinder is relieved of pressure, and then the liquid filling is started. The main valve of the valve causes the oil in the upper chamber of the main cylinder to be drained back into the flushing tank, and then flows into the fuel tank through the returning oil pipe.
9) Electrical system
The entire electrical system is divided into a power section and a control section.
10) Electric part
The three-phase four-wire AC 380V power supply is composed of an automatic air switch, a circuit breaker, a thermal relay, an AC contactor and a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor for driving the oil pump. The motor is started by Y-△, which is safe and reliable.
