2. Machine Features

The hydraulic system of hydraulic pump adopts internal meshing gear pump, which has stable operation, low noise and simple maintenance.Driven by doctor rexroth electro-hydraulic servo valve set;The cylinder seal is made of Japanese huarca sealing element, which is protected by overload overflow.The oil level height can be clearly and intuitively displayed, and has the function of high-precision guidance system, position measurement system and hydraulic balance.The machine can work continuously under rated load, the hydraulic system has no leakage and is stable continuously with high accuracy.

This machine is electro-hydraulic servo numerical control mechanism, adopting da-66t numerical control system, to control the slide stroke and backstop distance, positioning accuracy of backstop is + / -0.10mm, and it has the function of automatic backstop (the backstop adopts ball screw), and the slide block stops at the bottom dead point to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.

The lower working table is provided with an manual deflection compensation mechanism, through which the upper top movement is carried out by manual wedge, so as to complete the bending precision compensation movement.

The machine is equipped with the front bracket and movable foot switch.
