Operation Warnings: Hydraulic Press Brake Machine

Be careful when using hydraulic press brake:

1. During operation, the pressed workpiece should be steadily placed between and parallel to the upper and lower dies. During the working process of the bending machine, it is strictly forbidden to service or adjust the tooling.

2. When pressing long and large workpieces, two people (or more than two people) are required to operate. When releasing the pressure, prevent the workpiece from falling down due to deformation. It is not allowed to hold the pressed workpiece at close range.

3. When calibrating or pressing the workpiece, the workpiece should be placed in the middle of the die without any deviation. The upper die should be approached slowly to prevent the workpiece from being forced out.

4. Check the consistency of the stroke of the two cylinders frequently during the work. Any inconsistency should be adjusted or repaired in time. When shaking the piston of the cylinder or the squealing sound of the oil pump, the air in the oil circuit must be discharged.

5. Pay attention to the oil tank of the hydraulic folding machine frequently, and observe whether the oil level is appropriate. If the oil level is too high, check the oil return pipe and adjust the oil return valve. Forbid the oil tank to overflow. Keep the working oil temperature ≤ 45℃.

6. When the control valve and safety valve fail or the safety protection device is not perfect, do not allow to continue working.

7. Adjustment valve and pressure gauge are strictly prohibited to be adjusted by others, and must be tightened by the operator after adjustment.

8. When the working pressure is too high, the oil return valve must be checked and adjusted. Only after troubleshooting can the work be carried out.

9. It is strictly forbidden to put the hand into the middle of the upper and lower molds during the work.

10. The oil pump must be turned off during mold adjustment or overhaul to ensure safety.
