A new batch of high-performance oil pipe lathe unitshas completed mechanical assembly and pre-inspection, and is now staged in the dedicatedfinishing zone, ready to enter the professional painting process.
These oil pipe-specific lathes, engineered for heavy-duty threading, turning and sealingsurface machining on petroleum pipeline components, have passed full geometric accuracytesting and no-load operation verification. All critical structural parts, including reinforcedbeds, high-torque spindle assemblies and rugged tool posts, are confirmed to meet design
specifications before moving to the painting stage.
The workshop's painting team will apply a multi-layer coating system: first a corrosion-resistant primer for long-term metal protection, followed by a high-durability topcoat thatresists oil, dust and harsh field conditions. The process will be carried out in a well-ventilated,dust-controlled environment to ensure a smooth, uniform finish that not only delivers aprofessional appearance but also extends the machine's service life in oilfield working
scenarios.
Once painting and final curing are finished, these units will go through a comprehensivequality review, then be packaged and dispatched to clients in the energy equipment sector. This milestone marks another steady step in the workshop's production schedule, ensuringreliable, ready-to-operate oil pipe lathes are delivered on time for global petroleum industry
projects.
