 We provide Custom OEM Service for Conventional Lathe Series for the clients,We are officially launching a full-range OEM service for conventional lathes, providing global industrial buyers, machinery distributors and end users with highly customizable, high-performance turning solutions that strictly follow international manufacturing standards. This new offering combines our mature heavy-duty machining technology with flexible brand customization, to meet diverse demands from different regional markets and industry scenarios.

The OEM conventional lathe product line covers multiple series tailored for different processing capacities, to support both general workshop use and heavy-duty production requirements:

Compact conventional lathes built with high tensile cast iron FC 25 beds, hardened and ground bedways, and precision-hardened gears in the headstock. The series features a swing over bed from 330mm to 360mm, 9 spindle speeds ranging from 82–2000 rpm, and a 40mm spindle bore. Customers can opt for models with or without a gap bed, and select metric or imperial specifications according to local operational habits.

Gear-driven models equipped with standard configurations including a Siemens 808D Advanced control system, servo spindle, 10-inch manual chuck, electric 4-post turret, hard guideway and manual tailstock. Processing lengths of 1500mm and 2000mm are available as standard options, with further upgrades to FANUC 0i-TF Plus, GSK 988TA control systems, hydraulic chucks, hydraulic tailstocks, 8-tool electric turrets and auxiliary equipment such as oil skimmers.

 Heavy-Duty Lathes‌: Designed for long shaft and large plate workpieces, this range offers swing over bed from 1100mm to 1500mm, center distances extending up to 25000mm, and a 692mm wide bed. It supports spindle bore diameters from 153mm to 410mm, spindle speeds of 3–420 rpm with 12 gear shifts, and a full range of metric and inch threading capabilities.

 Super-Large Lathes‌: Engineered for ultra-heavy industrial workloads, these models deliver a swing over bed from Φ1290mm to Φ2040mm, a 1100mm wide bed, maximum workpiece length from 1000mm to 16000mm, and a maximum workpiece bearing weight of 15 tons between centers. The spindle features a 1:30 long taper, Φ130mm bore, Metric No.140 inner taper, and 21 forward speeds from 3.15–315 r/min plus 12 reverse speeds from 2.9–290 r/min.
