We are excited to announce that a new batch of AKA-110 high precision single crank power presses has been successfully completed and shipped to our client in Thailand. These machines have been carefully packaged and dispatched from the Haven facility, ready to support high-efficiency metal forming operations.

   Equipped with a CNC control system, the press achieves a positioning accuracy of approximately ±0.03mm. Despite its power and speed, the machine maintains a low noise level of around 70dB, making it ideal for enclosed workshops.

2. Robust Structural Integrity:
   The frame is built using welded steel plates, processed with high-frequency quenching and tempering to ensure superior rigidity and minimal deformation. Its classic C-type open-frame design enhances accessibility and ease of tooling change.

3. High-Quality Mechanical Components:
   The crankshaft, gears, and sliding parts are manufactured from alloy steel and treated through annealing and CNC finishing processes. The gears are precisely ground using German gear grinding machines, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.

4. Advanced Slide Guidance:
   The slide (ram) is guided by a six-sided long rectangular guide rail, enhancing alignment precision throughout the stroke. The die height can be adjusted down to 0.01mm, offering exceptional tooling flexibility.

5. Intelligent Control System:
   The machine uses a PLC-controlled electrical system with real-time monitoring. The Delta PLC provides stable logic control, while the OMPI clutch and brake system (Italy) and NSK bearings (Japan) deliver durable and responsive motion control.

6. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Protection:
   Features include a hydraulic overload protection system, dry-friction pneumatic clutch & brake, and Taiwan Kingair overload protector for added safety and longevity. Wet clutch options are also available upon request.

7. Multi-Mode Operation:
   Operators can utilize emergency stop, inching, single stroke, and continuous run modes based on production requirements. The TACO dual solenoid valves (Japan) ensure responsive pneumatic actuation.
